অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলীঃ
ডেলিভারী চার্জঃ
- ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ 60 টাকা।
- ঢাকার বাইরে সব স্থানে ডেলিভারি চার্জ 120 টাকা।
আমাদের ডেলিভারী প্রসেসঃ
- আমাদের নিজস্ব ডেলিভারী ম্যান নেই। আমরা থার্ড পার্টি সার্ভিস দ্বারা ডেলিভারী দিয়ে থাকি। তাই আমরা ১ থেকে ২ দিন সময় নিয়ে থাকি।
- অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার মোবাইল চালু রাখবেন। ডেলিভারী ম্যান আপনাকে কল দিলে অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্যটি সংগ্রহ করে নিবেন।
প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরেঃ
- প্রোডাক্ট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে।
পণ্যের ইমেজ এবং ভিডিওঃ
- আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ এ সকল পণ্যের রিয়েল ইমেজ এবং ভিডিও দেয়া আছে। আপনি চাইলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম আবারও ইমেজ কিংবা ভিডিও সরবরাহ করবে।
রিটার্ন করার জন্যঃ
- প্যাকেট খুলে ফেলার পরে তাতে কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে সেটা আমরা ফ্রি তে রিপ্লেস করে দেবো। কিন্তু পণ্যটি আপনার অপছন্দ হওয়ার কারনে ফেরত দিতে চাইলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী চার্জ দিতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট কিংবা ভাঙা হলে
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করার সময় যদি ভাঙা কিংবা ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় পেয়ে থাকেন তাহলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান সামনে থাকা অবস্থায় আমাদেরকে কল করে জানাতে হবে। আমাদেরকে কল করতে পারেন 01886797177 এই নাম্বারে। তখন আপনি প্রোডাক্টটি ফেরত দিতে পারবেন কোন খরচ ছাড়া। অবশ্যই ফেরতের সময় প্যাকেজ ও এক্সেসরিজ সাথে দিতে হবে।
কোন কারণে আপনি নিজে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ না করতে পারলে যিনি আপনার পরিবর্তে প্রোডাক্ট টি বুঝে নিবেন তাকে অবশ্যই এই ব্যাপারে অবহিত করবেন।
২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের না জানানো হলে, ড্যামেজ প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
আমাদের জানানোর ২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনাকে রিফান্ড করা হবে। আবার যদি রিপ্লেস করে প্রোডাক্ট নিতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে ২-৩ দিন (রেগুলার আইটেমের জন্য), ৭-২৫ দিন (গ্লোবাল আইটেমের জন্য) অপেক্ষা করতে হবে (স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে)।

সদস্যরা ওয়েবসাইটের সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেওয়া যেকোনো উপাদানের বিন্যাস, বিষয়বস্তু এবং নির্ভুলতার জন্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে দায়ী। ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া বিষয়বস্তু কপিরাইট আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত এবং যথাযথ স্বীকৃতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। যদি কোনো সদস্যের সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা ওয়েবসাইটে অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করা হয়, তাহলে যেকোনো বিষয়বস্তুর ব্যবহারের অধিকারও শেষ হয়ে যায়।
আপনি ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য যেকোনো পৃষ্ঠা(গুলি) এর একটি অনুলিপি মুদ্রণ করতে পারেন, তবে আপনাকে অবশ্যই কোনো উপাদান পরিবর্তন করতে হবে না বা সহগামী পাঠ্য থেকে স্বাধীনভাবে গ্রাফিক্স ব্যবহার করতে হবে না। উপকরণগুলির যেকোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের ফলে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস অবিলম্বে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

ক্যাটকিন বিডিতে বিষয়বস্তু জমা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে, আপনি আমাদের একটি নন-এক্সক্লুসিভ, বিশ্বব্যাপী, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেন যাতে কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহার, পরিবর্তন, পুনরুত্পাদন এবং বিতরণ করা যায়। আমরা আমাদের বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে ব্যবহারকারীর বিষয়বস্তু অপসারণ বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
পেমেন্ট এবং রিফান্ড নীতি

অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পর 5 কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি
ব্যবহারকারীদের এবং Catkin BD-এর মধ্যে যেকোন বিবাদ সালিশ বা মধ্যস্থতার মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হবে, যেমনটি আমাদের বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি নীতিতে বর্ণিত হয়েছে।
দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
ক্যাটকিন বিডি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, আনুষঙ্গিক, বা শাস্তিমূলক ক্ষতি।

ক্ষতিপূরণ
ব্যবহারকারীরা ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে সম্মত হন এবং ক্যাটকিন বিডিকে তাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা দায় থেকে ক্ষতিমুক্ত রাখতে সম্মত হন।
ব্যবহারের অবসান
ক্যাটকিন বিডি এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের জন্য বা আমাদের দ্বারা উপযুক্ত বলে বিবেচিত অন্য কোনো কারণে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিঙ্ক এবং পরিসেবা
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তৃতীয় পক্ষের সামগ্রী এবং পরিষেবাগুলির লিঙ্ক থাকতে পারে। ক্যাটকিন বিডি তৃতীয় পক্ষের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত সামগ্রী বা পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

Delivery charge within Dhaka City is Tk 60.
Delivery charge to all places outside Dhaka is Tk 120.
Our Delivery Process:
We don’t have our own delivery man. We provide delivery through third-party services. So we take 1 to 2 days.
Please keep your mobile on. Please collect the product when the delivery man calls you.
After opening the product:
After unpacking the product, if there is any defect in it, we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.
Product images and videos:
Real images and videos of all products are given on our Facebook page. Our support team will again provide images or videos if you wish.
To return:
If there is any defect in the package after unpacking, we will replace it for free. But if you want to return the product because you don’t like it, you must pay the delivery charge.
If the product is damaged or broken
If the product is broken or damaged during delivery, you must call us while the deliveryman is present. You can call us on this number 01886797177. You can then return the product free of charge. The package and accessories must be accompanied at the time of return.
If for some reason you cannot receive the product yourself, you must inform the person who will receive the product instead of you.
If we are not notified within 24 hours, this condition will not apply to Damaged Products.
You will be refunded within 2 working days of notifying us. If you want to replace the product, you need to wait 2-3 days (for regular items), 7-25 days (for global items) (subject to stock availability).
