ক্রয়কৃত আইটেমগুলি ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে 3 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে Catkin BD টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
- ফিরতি অনুরোধ যাচাই করার জন্য প্যাকেজের একটি আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রয়োজন।
- প্রত্যাবর্তিত পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, ক্ষয়বিহীন, জীর্ণ, ধোয়া না হওয়া এবং ত্রুটিহীন অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
- ফ্যাশন আইটেমগুলির জন্য, ফিট করার জন্য পণ্যটি চেষ্টা করার অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়, তবে আইটেমটি তার আসল অবস্থায় থাকা উচিত।
- পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই সমস্ত মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যের জিনিসপত্র এবং অন্যান্য আনুষাঙ্গিক অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
পণ্যটিকে অবশ্যই মূল প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিংয়ে পণ্যটির সাথে তার আসল আকারে, ক্ষতি মুক্ত করতে হবে। একটি শিপিং লেবেল এবং যেকোনো সংযুক্ত ট্যাগও রিটার্নের সাথে থাকতে হবে।
পণ্যটি ব্যবহার করার পরে বা রিটার্ন উইন্ডোর মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার পরে ডিভাইস-সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো সমস্যার জন্য, বিক্রেতা বা ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। ওয়ারেন্টি সহায়তার জন্য চালানে দেওয়া বিক্রেতার যোগাযোগের তথ্য দেখুন।

ফেরত নীতি
ফেরত প্রদান
- পণ্য/পরিষেবা প্রাপ্তির 3 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ইস্যুটি জমা দেওয়া হলে একজন গ্রাহক ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য।
- প্রত্যাবর্তিত পণ্য গুণমান নিয়ন্ত্রণ পাস করার পরে, ফেরত 7 থেকে 10 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
- রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করতে সময় নেওয়া নির্বাচিত রিফান্ড পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভর করে।
- ক্যাটকিন বিডি রিফান্ডের প্রকারের উপর ভিত্তি করে আপনার রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করার পর ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হয়।
- ফেরত আইটেমের মূল্য এবং ফেরত পণ্যের জন্য শিপিং ফি উভয়ই কভার করে।
রিফান্ডের ধরন
- রিটার্ন থেকে ফেরত: ফেরত আইটেম গুদামে পৌঁছে এবং মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ পাস করার পরে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। আরো বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য, আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতি পড়ুন।
- বাতিলকৃত আদেশ থেকে ফেরত: বাতিলকরণ সফলভাবে প্রক্রিয়া করা হলে ফেরত স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ট্রিগার হয়।
- ব্যর্থ ডেলিভারি থেকে ফেরত: আইটেমটি বিক্রেতার কাছে ফেরত দেওয়া হলে ফেরত শুরু হবে। দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে এটি আপনার শিপিং অবস্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে অতিরিক্ত সময় নিতে পারে।

ভাউচার ডিসকাউন্ট কোড শুধুমাত্র একবার প্রয়োগ করা যেতে পারে।
একটি ভাউচার ব্যবহার করার পর অবশিষ্ট কোনো পরিমাণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না বা ভবিষ্যতের কেনাকাটার জন্য বহন করা হবে না, এমনকি যদি অর্ডারের মূল্য ভাউচারের পরিমাণের চেয়ে কম হয়।

Return Process
To initiate a return for purchased items, customers must contact the Catkin BD team within 3 working days from the delivery date.
- An unboxing video of the package is required to validate the return request.
- The returned product must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and in flawless condition.
- For fashion items, trying the product on for fit is allowed, but the item should remain in its original condition.
- The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and any other accessories that were included.
The product must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the product in its original form, free of damage. A shipping label and any attached tags must also accompany the return.
For any device-related issues after the product has been used or after the return window has expired, seller or brand warranty may apply. Please refer to the seller’s contact information provided on the invoice for warranty assistance.
Reasons to Return an Item

- Item defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts/accessories
- Wrong size
- Missing free items
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy
Issuance of Refunds
A customer is eligible for a refund if the issue is submitted within 3 working days of receiving the product/service.
- Once the returned product passes quality control, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- The time taken to process the refund depends on the selected refund method.
- The refund process starts once Catkin BD has processed your refund based on the type of refund.
- The refund covers both the item price and the shipping fee for the returned product.
Refund Types
- Refund from Returns: Refunds are processed after the returned item reaches the warehouse and passes quality control. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
- Refund from Canceled Orders: Refunds are automatically triggered once the cancellation is successfully processed.
- Refund from Failed Deliveries: Refunds will begin once the item has been returned to the seller. Please note that this may take additional time depending on your shipping location.

- Voucher discount codes can only be applied once.
